January 09: The Internal TransPromo website is officially launched.
- Background: A web 2.0-based internal portal linking hundreds of documents was officially released to all
FujiXerox staff. The website is interactive and largely flash-based, featuring an ROI calculator, self-assessment
questions, flash movie on the overview of TransPromo and a simulator to emulate how boring transactional
documents could be turned to colorful, lively advertisement pieces with added value customized to the individual
customers.

- Details : Gregory Birge hosted the conference at ad :Tech Singapore, together with Gilles Babinet, Co-Founder and Chairman of EyeKa and Dep Malhotra, Director of Sales & Business Development of MySpace (India).
They looked at the future of social media on the mobile devices, how online communities are migrating to mobile platforms and how the next phase of user generated content will transform the way we interact with one another.
The conference also talked about International examples of social networks utilising mobile and how taking a 360 degree approach to social media will enhance your overall mobile strategy and how to incorporate social media into a company’s mobile strategy and a discussion on the next wave of mobile communication.

- Background : Philips Consumer Electronics merged with Philips Digital Appliances. The new structure called Philips Consumer Lifestyle is driven by three cluster instead of the previous 3 regions.
- Challenge : With the merge of teams and change of organization, online activities did not benefits from the same focus. In addition to it, a New Blue Print was necessary to map resources, needs
- Solution : F5DC mapped the entire needs of the organization and proposed an ideal plan to ensure a consistent and proper deployment of the online strategy in line with Cluster, BUS, countries and global needs
- Results : Blue Print proposed and adopted.

August 2007 : Deployment of online campaigns for Philips Consumer Electronics in Asia
- Background : Philips deployed a new global website and new online strategy. The site was rolled out globally but the content is adapted locally based on the countries need.
- Challenge : Top countries were covered and properly monitored while ‘smaller’ countries could notget the same attention or support. In addition, local team and regional team were totally busy with their own strategy
- Solution : F5DC team was involved to ensure a proper communication between the team. Deployment of updated process. Clarification of objectives. Definition of key targets and priorities.
- Results : 80% of websites deployed over 3 months, new online tools increased crossed countries
